About the event
Course Objectives
This course is aimed at updating participants on the introduction of new sections/changes:
in Sexual Harassment Laws by changes introduced in the Employment (Amendment) Act 2022 and the introduction of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act [ASHA] in 2022.
in the Employment (Amendment) Act 2022 to accord further protection to employees and increase the coverage of employees covered under the Employment Act.
in the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2020.
