She holds a Bachelor's Degree in business Administration from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence.

Florance's most recent position as the Head of Branch at the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) demonstrates her exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage complex operations. In this role, she successfully led and supervised FMM's Eastern Branch, overseeing its day-to-day functions and effectively managing a diverse membership base from Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan.

Throughout her career, Florance has proven her proficiency in organizing and executing a wide range of impactful training programmes, conferences, workshops, golf tournaments and annual dinners. These experiences have not only enhanced her skills in building strong relationships with individuals across all levels but also showcased her ability to create engaging and memorable experiences for participants.

As a HRD Corp certified trainer since 2019, Florance's passion for engaging with individuals has been instrumental in her success. This certification further solidifies her expertise in delivering comprehensive training solutions that drive personal and professional growth.
