This two-day training is specifically designed for Finance Managers, Accounting Professionals, Compliance Officers, and Business Owners.
The first day focuses on providing a thorough understanding of E-Invoicing in Malaysia, along with practical steps for its implementation. With E-Invoicing set to be fully enforced by 1 July 2025, now is the time to start preparations to avoid significant penalties. Failure to comply with the regulations could result in fines ranging from RM200 to RM20,000 per transaction, as highlighted in the recent Budget seminar.

On the second day, the training will delve into the latest developments in income tax audits and investigations. The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has recently intensified its efforts in tax audits and back-duty investigations, forming collaborations with other government agencies and initiating various tax collection operations.
Many companies have received additional assessment notices, with some amounts reaching hundreds of millions of Ringgit. Moreover, some individuals have been placed on travel ban lists, preventing them from leaving the country as planned. This module will provide participants with the knowledge and strategies to effectively manage and navigate tax audits and investigations.
By the end of the second day of training, you will have an in-depth understanding of tax audits and investigations, enabling you to manage and navigate them effectively.
