Course Information

This two-day training is tailored for senior managers and leaders, emphasising their role as organisational change agents. The focus is on equipping them with the skills to overcome resistance to change within themselves and their teams. The programme aims to foster a positive response to organisational change, fostering a constructive and optimistic working environment.

Participants will gain a heightened awareness of the necessity for change and gain insights into their personal approach to change management and influencing others. The ultimate outcome is an enhancement of both individual and organisational effectiveness.

Course Objectives

Upon completing this workshop, participants should be able to:

  • Understand change management concepts 
  • Realise an open and willing attitude to change 
  • Understand the different effects of change on other people 
  • Deal with resistance to change at the workplace

Nagappan is an enthusiastic and dynamic trainer, consultant, author and motivation speaker. He has trained an extensive number of business and technical professionals, lecturers, students, and parents in a variety of areas. His personal mission is to train, educate, motivate and empower individuals, teams and organisations to achieve motivational in achieving excellence. Nagappan’s training speciality includes a wide spectrum of soft skills. He is the author of the book “The Negotiating Edge:  Strategies to create a win-win outcome.”

He has more than 26 years of hands-on experience in education and training, most of which have been spent on “people development”.  He had served as the Group Training Manager for several well-diversified public-listed manufacturing and service companies in Malaysia, where his focus was on personal, professional and organisational development training.  Besides that, he has also held the position of Director of Studies for a leading IT educational institution in Malaysia.  

A Certified NLP Practitioner with the IANLP (International Association of NLP, Australia), Nagappan conducts various training programmes on personal, professional and organisational development in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, and Brunei.
