Course Information

This ISO 22000:2018 course will teach about the Elements of Food Safety Management System (FSMS). FSMS is a collaborative and systematic approach to effectively manage food safety risks. It is an international standard intended to be used by organizations within the food chain. It contains traditional quality assurance preventive measures plus preventive food-safety measures. The purpose is to provide a practical approach to ensure the reduction and elimination of food safety risks as a means to protect consumers..

• IRCA Certified Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001:2007
• Certified Consultant in Quality, Environment, Safety & Health.
• Certified Consultant in Laboratory and other Management systems
• Train the Trainer (Exempted by PSMB-18 Mar 2008)
• 20 years in the Manufacturing Industry as a Senior Manager
• 8 years in the Consultation & Implementation of ISO Systems
• 10 years of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Auditing experience
